Terms and conditions of sale

1. Subject

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the online sale of gift vouchers offered by “AYU bien-être”, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”.
These gift vouchers can be used to purchase services offered by the Seller.

2. Ordering gift vouchers

2.1 Gift vouchers are available for purchase on the ayu-bienetre.fr website.
2.2 To order a gift voucher, the buyer must complete the online order form, provide the necessary information and make payment via the SumUp system.
2.3 Once payment has been validated, a gift voucher containing a unique QR code will be generated and sent by e-mail to the address provided by the buyer.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment for gift vouchers is made via the secure SumUp platform.
3.2 The buyer's bank details are processed in accordance with the security standards imposed by SumUp.
3.3 Gift vouchers will only be issued once payment has been confirmed.

4. Use of Gift Certificates

4.1 Gift vouchers may only be used with the Seller for the products and/or services specified.
4.2 Each gift voucher contains a unique QR code for identification and validation when used.
4.3 Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
4.4 Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used after their expiry date.

5. Control and validation

5.1 When a gift voucher is used, the unique QR code it contains is scanned to verify its validity.
5.2 Gift vouchers that have already been used, have expired or have been tampered with will not be accepted.
5.3 In the event of a technical problem with the QR code, the Seller reserves the right to request proof of purchase in order to validate the voucher.

6. Loss or theft

6.1 In the event of loss or theft of a gift voucher, the purchaser is requested to contact the Vendor as soon as possible.
6.2 The Vendor cannot be held responsible for the fraudulent use of a lost or stolen gift voucher.

7. Claims and disputes

7.1 Any claim relating to a gift voucher must be sent by e-mail to rdv@ayu-bientre.fr within 10 days of purchase or use of the voucher.
7.2 These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.

8. Modification of the GTCS

The Vendor reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time. The terms and conditions applicable are those in force at the date of purchase of the gift voucher.
